In 2025 summer, the daily objects we gathered across the UK have travelled with us to China. Some were once trusty tools for farmers and hunters, while others were the discreet pocket favourites of elegant ladies and gentlemen. These mostly British vintage objects from the early twentieth century open a doorway into another time, inviting viewers to explore the stories and lives they once accompanied.
